I first saw this beautiful denim wrap dress when the DVF x Current/Elliott collaboration was announced in 2012. I fell in love with the idea of mixing the classic DVF wrap dress shape with an easy denim fabric. At close to $400 dollars (eek), I put the dress out of mind. Imagine my excitement when I spotted this guy at a Neiman Marcus Last Call outlet a few months ago for less than a quarter of the original price!
I was excited to mix this piece into my wardrobe; denim really is a blank canvas that you can paint a lot of different ways. In this instance, I paired the denim with pops of neon. From the shoes, to the bag, to the jewelry, the accessories stand out but don’t compete with each other. And what screams summer louder than shocking pink sandals?
