With fall right around the corner, I find myself reaching for a few key transition items day after day. This coated-sleeve denim jacket is the perfect example of a great seasonal tranisiton piece. It can easily be worn with a summer dress or thrown over a sweater/jean/boot look.
I always pay attention to fabric when mixing seasonal pieces. The leather-coated sleeves on this jacket scream fall, which tones down the summery feel of the crop top, white skirt, and sandals. This simple fabric formula would also work prefectly with a silky summer dress; just throw on a leather jacket and you’ve moved the dress into fall terriority.
