It snowed two days ago. Instead of sulk because spring is taking a little bit longer than expected to arrive, I’m using the time to wear my cold-weather pieces one last time. Like wool fedoras.
And sweater dresses. And pretty much anything else that I won’t want to wear when the temperature warms up and I want nothing to do with wool-anything.
Plus, what can be better than wellies if there is snow on the ground? (Snow boots, probably.) Before I bought these Henri Bendel wellies, I was on the hunt for matte red Hunters for a long, long time. I could not find them. So, when I saw these matte boots at Henri Bendel, I was pretty excited. I ended up talking to the salesperson and found out that the company who makes Hunters also makes Henri Bendel’s wellies (which I think is still true?). Best part yet- they’re cheaper but the quality is just as good. It’s a win-win.
