Blush is one of my favorite trends this spring; it’s girlie, romantic, and easy to wear. You can pair blush pieces with other soft colors like tan, white, or gray, or you can go monochromatic like I did. (I’ve been obsessed with monochromatic looks lately!)
Another great reason to jump into blush is that it can be worn as a neutral in your wardrobe. I have big plans this spring for my H&M blush circle skirt, including a chic look worn with a recently purchased silky draped black crop top and a modern look paired with a stark white structured Topshop tank.
Blush can be found in different tones (pale pink, light peach, soft peony), all of which are beautiful. When taking the plunge into this color, I recommend finding a tone that suits your complexion. The best way to do this is to try things on. If your face lights up when you put a piece on, it’s is a winner. If the piece washes you out, put it back. Generally, if you have warm undertones, peachy pinks will look great, whereas cooler undertone skin looks lovely with icier pink hues.
Will you be jumping into blush this spring?
